Night Receptionist Wanted

We are looking for an engaged and responsible night receptionist who is interested in a developing job where professional pride is the guiding principle. As a night receptionist, you will be the hotel's face to the outside world and responsible for ensuring that guests have a safe and smooth stay during the night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Handle check-in and check-out of guests, payments, and cash management
• Bookings, answer phone calls and emails
• Administrative tasks
• Maintain fire and safety routines during the night

The position involves night shifts and weekend work.

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience in the hotel industry, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Previous experience in other service-related professions
• Education in hotel and tourism is an advantage
• Good knowledge of various digital tools and systems
• Familiarity with Mews, Opera Cloud, Hotsoft, HMS, or similar booking systems is a plus
• Must have a clean criminal record
• Comfortable working alone
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)
